Coaching is a partnership of equals.

You're the expert of yourself and your life.

You're the only one who knows what you want and the only one who can take action.

But what if you need help getting clarity and making a plan for HOW to act?

That's the value of working with a coach.

You bring your self-wisdom, I bring my coaching skills. â€‹

Our partnership creates a space for you to self-discover, explore, reflect, and brainstorm solutions when you're stuck.

I'm here to see you fully and non-judgmentally and meet you where you are.

I'm a second set of eyes to see your hidden strengths, blind spots, and limiting beliefs. I'll ask you hard questions, and encourage you to dig deeper. You'll learn the skills you need to get where you want to be in life.

You'll leave each session with a clear plan of action and the strategies and accountability to see it through.

  • Set identity-based goals

  • Connect to the strengths and skills you already have
